White Blend, Forager, South Africa, 2024
Forager White 2024 is a South African white blend from the Western Cape, made from 78% Chenin Blanc and 22% Grenache Blanc. Sourced from dryland vineyards in Paarl and Swartland, it shows aromas of apricot, peach, quince and litchi, with a hint of cardamom. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with citrus and stone fruit flavours, subtle oak, and bright lime acidity, finishing long and dry. Elegant, textured and versatile, this white blend pairs beautifully with wild mushroom risotto, Moroccan chicken tagine and herb-crusted lamb.
